GENERAL TERMS🦉 Commissions are NOT first come, first served
🦉 I reserve the right to refuse any commission without providing a reason
🦉 Commissions are for Personal Use Only, unless otherwise specified and paid for
🦉 Rush orders will have an additional fee of 60% of the total price, only reasonable rush orders will be taken
🦉 Make sure to credit me when posting your commission on any websitePAYMENT🦉 Prices are in GBP and paid through PAYPAL only, these are to be finalised and paid in full before the start of the commission
🦉 There will be no refunds once work has begun on the commissionPROCESS🦉 Request -> Waitlist -> Payment -> Sketch -> Polish -> Completion
🦉 Please provide references when filling your form, these do not need to be very detailed unless commissioning a pre-existing character
🦉 Your commission will be placed on a waitlist if accepted, I will try my best to provide an estimate for its delivery
🦉 When I am ready to start working on your commission you will receive a Paypal invoice
🦉 The commissioner will receive updates as the work advances
🦉 Minor adjustments can only be requested during the sketch phase, after that they will have to be paid for
🦉 At the end of the process you will receive a high resolution version of a PNG fileCOMMERCIAL COMMISSION DISCLAIMER🦉Commercial rights allow the commissioners to use the art as merchandise, advertisement, assets, etc. These will be TWICE the original price paid for the work, unless otherwise stated
🦉 Intellectual property is still held by meRIGHTS🦉 I reserve the right to use any of the commissioned work as a portfolio example (e.g. on Twitter or Twitch)
🦉 I reserve the right to do any commission work on stream (e.g. Twitch) as a form of content, unless previously discussed
🦉 I think it is a given but DO NOT steal, use, sell, trace, modify or claim any of my work as your own
